It looks like your tie rod and drag link might hit eachother, have you cycled the front to see if there is a clearance issue? Might have to move your box forward

   x4  I must agree if you want I went indept as to how far fwd you should mount your box on the frame on my build up on here  and I will tell you listen to the others on here I know for a fact that Jon82toy KNOWS for a fact how far fwd its gota be cause he works with the one who designed it so i am sure he will agree when I say GET IT AS  FAR FORWARD AS IT IS POSSIBLE or else  you WILL HAVE TROUBLE DOWN THE ROAD we are trying to save you a pain in the down the road I know it is a "FEMALE DOG" but  you will more than likely have to trim some of the fender and MAYBE some of the front bumper mount I personaly didnt cut the front bumper mount on my 1st gen However at the time I didnt know I was gona buy a front bumper from marlin had I have known that I would have cut the little hump out of the bumper mount cause on a first gen truck if you buy marlins bumper you will not reuse the stock mount

keep in mind your axle moves towards the rear of the truck upon compression. you will need some ammount of distance between the tie rod and drag link, they cant be over eachother.



maybe its just the angle of your picture? that would suck if you wheeled your truck and your steering collided with itself were just throwing out some friendly advice

whoa!! OVERLOAD! LOL!  well I already had this in mind, I cycled the suspension and checked it out, it clears by over an 1"!! pretty close...... i might move the box forward in a month or so if i have to... check out some pics folks and let me know what you think!!  thanks for your advice, its NICE to see people so thoughtful I always appreciate others opinions!    
Minor setback... boss put me on my first INFRAME CAT rebuild....... I have to have it done before monday..... gonna be a long 3 day weekend at work!!

Thats almost full drop.... dammit......I am installing boomerang shackles when they arrive but I was debating on putting the 48'' top three leaves back in for a better angle and compression/drop?? What do you guys think?
