oh yeah.... lots of work!! but i think i should be able to finish it up in two days!  yeah, good old tricolored! i had her bred to my dads blue/red heeler dingo border collie mix and she threw ten AWESOME little pups!!

So here is the deal. The boss okayed the SAS for Sunday and Monday.  Tomorrow evening after I clock out I am pulling my truck into the shop and removing the fuel tank and everything I can to get it ready for my fabricator on Sunday Morning.  If we dont finish the torching  and welding Sunday then we will finish Monday and I will get everything painted up.... All the fine details!  I picked up my 36's last night on my 15x10 rock cralwer steels, they look nice! I also got a new IAC valve which I am going to install tonight along with welding up one of my spare 4.10's for and giggles. Its coming along!!! Enjoy a few pics!

well I got my IAC valve installed tonight after bs'n with my boss about wheelin... he's a pretty cool dude! I also welded up a 4.10 quick so I can throw that in when I go hit some trails.... My truck runs like a champ now!! no more high idle and surging when I hold the brake pedal, better mileage, and I also noticed an increase in power as well!!! I should have replaced that damn IAC a long time ago.... I'm feeling real good about everything coming together on the 92!  I've been waiting to SAS this beast for 3 years! Lots of patients and collecting parts!

yes, i'm probably not going to have the time to bob it this weekend...... unfortunately, but it will be getting bobbed within the next month... i'm thinkin 8-10 inches and i'm going to take the tool box out to build a spare tire holder.

Well I made some progress after work:
-removed bed
-removed fuel tank
-torched rear hangers off 
-cut overloads for 1/2 lift
-rear axle is totally disconnected from the truck


Doesnt sound like a whole lot but I put in 9 hard hours today and that was good for after work!!
Going back in tomorrow to REALLY TEAR INTO IT!  I have the pitman arm soaking for easy removal..... Bought my welder a 5th of Hennesy.... I'll post more pics up tomorrow!!! Its finally happening....

Hey, my buddy has a surging/rough idle, and we've looked into almost everything. What is that IAC valve, and where is it at on the truck? Where did you get yours and how much?

On another note, this is going to be a sick build up man. I like the truck a lot. Looks like you got all the goodies to get it done right.
