Bumps are done. They are 3/16" plate welded to the bottom of the frame then gussetted to the shock hoops. They are stock rear bumps and some solid aluminum 1.5" lift blocks that I drilled two holes all the way through and tapped them. Then I used two short bolts to bolt the blocks to the mount then two of the ame size bolts to bolt the bump to the block. I used all stuff I had in a bucket of fun. lol

Jud

Here are a couple pics of the drivers side frame plate.

Not a very good pic but what I did for rear brake lines. It's all soft braided lines. Kinda expensive/overkill but pretty bling imo. lol

The lines will move with the axle, they won't go into the springs. Same set up on my 14 bolt.

Looking good Jud.

Thanks dood.

Got the rest of my full hydro today. The mount that comes with the TG kit is going to be kinda hard to use on the D60, it is just super bulky/awkward. I may just build my own or maybe try the ram mount that BTF sells.

Thanks, My original plan was to just weld a piece of 2x4 on the front of the stock front xmember then weld the hanger to the bottom of that. I just didn't want it to look super bulky/ugly. Plus I'm going to weld a plate to the top of the frame and bolt a winch on there eventually.

Got my steering all done today. I used the TG ram mount that comes with the kit. I welded a piece of flat 1/4" to the top of the diff so I could get good pennitration, then welded the tube to that.
