been workin on my exo. got the main hoop, the cowl hoop, and one of the a pillar kickers done. man its a PITA. specially because i didnt think to level my bender when i mounted it, so when i would level the tubing while bending it, it wasnt accually level. that gave me a few head aces. but since i pulled trhe studs out of the concrete and broke the concrete i have to remount it anyway

ya so far i have the main hoop, cowl hoop, both a piller kickers, and most of the top all tacked up. most of it is less than a 1/4" or closer to the cab, with parts of it touching. i really dont care if it hits the cab i want it tight

i cant wait to see some pics of what you have so far!  my cage hits the cab in a couple spots too. its not really a big deal to me.  i can hear it kind of rattle every once and a while but oh well!

finished bendeing my exo. got it all tacked up and pulled off. i think its pretty good for my first time. love it or hate it its stayin the way it is. i went through way more DOM than i thought to, that stuff isnt cheap ether. for the most part all thats left is the the rear 4 link. not sure if im gonna do coils for now or 1/4 ellip, or just wait till i can get some coily overs. still need to cut the frame off and do the rear tubing, but o cant do that untill i have the 4 link done.

o ya made bumper number 4 and its already welded up so no going back.

i think the exo looks great!  i would reccommend tacking in a few peices of scrap steel in place to connect the legs of the cage before welding it out.  it will help the cage to not move so much while it gets welded out.  your cage fits really tight, and i would hate to see you have to fight it back on the truck because it pulled in tighter while welding it.

I like how you put 5 tubes on the roof instead of a plain old X.

thanx for the complements everyone.

the exo is all welded up and mostly painted. just need to finish painting it and mount it.

started cuting up the bed on it today. got one of the bed sides removed, trimed damn near perfect for the 40s, and bobbed it 24" ill get some pics tomorrow.

oh ya i just ordered 8 flex joints and a bunch of tabs and brackets, so the rear will be getting linked very soon. now i just need to figure out what im gonna do for rear springs, either coils, 1/4 elip, air shocks, or wait a little bit for coilovers (and thats pretty much the order from least to most wanting to do)
