if a cop conficates your drugs, they are supposed to be turning it into evidence lockup... not taking it home and smoking it....

i think letting him resign was stupid, he should be serving time for disgracing public officials liek that, and if nothing else, possession/consumption (which equals use) of a federally contraband substance
