so yesterday i was cutting a ridius in a pieceof 4x4 with a skilsaw when it kicked back and dug into my left hand which is also my dominate hand. i cut through the knuckle in my index finger, shredding the cartilage, gouging the bone, and severed through 2 of my tendons, the skin was all wadded up on the top of my hand and it kinda looked like 2 bleeding vaginas side by side. i dont know how many stitches i got, but i know i was gettin sewn up for a while, sorry no pics, but the description though graphic is pretty accurate. so here i sit typing with one hand if you didnt notice the lack of caps, so far i found it hard to shower one handed,  i cant write, cant change my newborn babies diaper,  :eyebrow: and no work..... which sucks because im a general contractor with no insurance, no workers comp benefits, and my wife is at home raising our 1 month old baby, aka little t

I know how you feel since I just cut the tip of my finger off & had to get it stitched last month. Showering, getting dress, eating, basically everything is a challenge. I'm glad my wife was there for me to help with all this. It's like taking care of another child. Yours injury obviously is worse than mine. Stay up on your pain killers even if you don't feel the pain cause once that novocaine wears off your going to need them  :yesnod: Take it easy I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Here's a couple of pic's of a white girl with no top.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Not to jump into too many specifics, or give unwanted advise, but I certainly hope you have an appointment with a hand specialist! From the description you're giving, you're going to need at least one surgery to fix this stuff (possibly more). I seriously doubt the ER was able to re-attach the tendons and if you have joint involvement, you're going to need Ortho follow up.

Some ER's have a specailist on call, at least the ER I went to did.
