I know the first picture you were not finished, but the tire is blocking my view in the next picture, so I thought I would just mention that I bought a Nology T.R.E.X. for my MR2 (variable backpressure tip) and I used a hose clamp and a set screw to attach it because I was too lazy/busy to weld it on, and one day I was walking back from class and it was gone. Either someone stole it, which I really doubt, or it fell off on the way to school. I was pretty pissed because it was over $100 and because I hadn't taken the time to finish the job, it got lost.

So just a note from experience, make sure you at least put a couple tack welds on it to make sure you keep it

So its gonna be welded to the body to protect the body?  ???

I don't think it's welded on there...it's been notched/bent/welded. He's going for form fitting i assume.

Gittinit

I realized its not currently welded on there , but he stated "body intergated". I took this to mean that it will be part of the body. Am I wrong to think this?

Not wrong...it will indeed be part of the body.
The base is the 2x4x.250 I used to replace the rockers.  The Oval b-"hoop" will tie to those as well as to the roof with a set of shear ties (wait and see).  Then the std tubing will work off that.
The idea is keep it tight to the body and integrated so that the body will not flex itself into the exo.  I would rather make the exo part of the body which is already beat up anyway.

I am not sure I understand the correlation...it rains here...that is why KS is not on fire.

wet ground in CA in June means one of two things.
1) someone left their sprinklers on too long
2) someone has a broken sprinkler head

I'm liking the exo idea, this'll be interesting to see finished

Having had my fill of puttering with the beastmaster today, I did some logistical thinking and come to the conclusion that the b-hoop had to get welded on before I coupld attach anything else so I went ahead and trimed it to line up properly and burned it on.  Now to locate me some poop pipe.

Found myself some of the finest poop pipe I could and gave the kinker the old college try.  Thanks crawlerdan (its his bender I bought)!
Didn't turn out too bad, little flattening, but I had it set for a bit of a tight bend cause it wasn't going to be a big angle...
Also cut my first grinder notch...also a success!
