I think paper confetti would be better cause the glitter is small enough to get into the eyes  :twocents:

Meh, if we worry about hurting everyone around us and their feelers we don't have any fun...

I'd use the finest glitter available so its a b*std to get out of EVERYTHING... Craft stores carry some super fine stuff for doing stamping...

Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

So I'm to assume you'd rig something similar for a mailed package...

And no, I'm not giving anybody my shipping address  :haha:

Nope, the mailed glitter bomb uses a balloon. as propellant... Not that I'd know about these things...

Nowadays? You'd probably have to do to yourself...everyone else would file a complaint.

A linky for Pirate? But, if you don't know where Pirate is, you probably don't have a star...so searching is harder.

Well, it's a good thing he's not on this board too or else he might read this!

If he complains...just ask him if he remembers Lorena Bobbit.

How did I miss this thread yesterday!!??
I would not get in trouble for doing something like this, but not with glitter, that would be too messy...BUT I do still have a big handful of glittery 50's that were strewn around my desk on my birfday, they're about 1/4" square in size... and I do have another co-worker turning 50 in the fall....this might just be the ticket!

I spoke to my co-worker and while glitter or foil party confetti would be fun, we have concerns about the metal getting into any computer components.... so....

my co-worker is busily working at hole punching cardboard. LOL

Its kinda spendy but the finest glitter type substance you'll find is pearl powder that you add to clear when painting a car to make it change colors....  I have a few bottles of it, I'd gladly donate one of them for the cause.. Its so fine you have to wait for it to wear out of your fingerprints...   :ack:

that was actually a concern when we were doing the 'mouse thing' in the office.
There were rubber mice going around and they fit perfectly under the handset of the phones so we would laugh like little girls when we heard the reaction from co-workers
We planted one on one co-worker that had recently been in for heart problems... the reaction... she laughed her ass off and wouldn't give up the mouse for the next one.. she kept it on top of her monitor.
