And so the traps are set!

One girl is on vacation in AK, coming back on Monday, and the guy that was supposed to help with this decided to call in sick today.
MWHAHAHAHAHA...4 pack of mousetraps... two rigged monitors.

We're using the hole punch dots instead of glitter though, that would be too much for the office and the white hole punch dots look like snow! LOL

And the line was too obvious on the mouse so we scootched the keyboard up close to the monitor, taped the line to the bottom and when they pull it to put it back in place. WHAMMO!!!!

It woiks like a CHAHM!! LMAO!! THIS IS GOING TO BE GREAT!!! ~wringing hands together~ MWWWWWHAHAHAHAHAHA

And it is only the tip of the iceberg, as it were, on vacation girls area. There will be pics!

Sick day guys monitor isn't the same as vacation girls, and the box was kind of visible when you walk up to the desk.



So I markered the box black and make some black dots to cover the white ones. Then my co-worker added the note, so between vacation girls office, which is right across from him, the note and the camouflage there should be enough distraction that he may not notice it.




We only just started vacation girls area. We put up the north pole up, we're going to cover it with foil and make a small platform on the floor. Another girl here is going to bring in a pair of 'do-me' shoes to put on the platform and they are talking about scattering dollars around! LOL



I don't know how it went from 'artic themed' to this, but I also bought the cotton batting to put around on her desk to look like snow. I'll get more pics later.

Oh, the other thing was, if it snaps fully open it doesn't fling so well and will snap the monitor, so we found a zip tie to constrain it and it woiks like a CHAHM!!

We tested it a few times, and it does work well, the dots go as far as the chair, so it should be a good 'un!

DOH! I forgot to post the rest of the pics.

I tried to get video, but she has a big window behind her and you can't really see it very well.

OK here is her desk... it was one of the principals idea to set up the chairs and 'drinks' on her desk. LOL

The foil 'disco ball' is from the foiling prank they pulled on me a couple years ago. I knew it would come in handy eventually. :haha:



Another co-worker brought in the shoes, and it's hard to see but there are folded up dollar bills strewn about. Oh, and of course ships as she was on a cruise.

Something might be blocked here at work then, I get an 'Oops no Video' message.

As long as it works for you guys. It's only worth a :pokinit: cause you know the setup. I wish I could have gotten a better shot but there was no way without her being suspicious.

The other guy said his results were even better, they shot up over up past his chair. His was a big higher on his monitor and the zip tie came loose and caught on the hook causing the trap to open further, so maybe that's why.

I've still got the rig, there will be other vacations MWWWWWHAHAHAHA. In fact my co-worker said he's going on vacation in Oct. which means.... PLASTIC SPIDERS!
