im pretty sure you are going to have to put a block off plate on the tranny and make the crawl box a top shift since the shift rail wont reach that far and engage correctly because of the front adapter plate.

looking good!little suggestion on the driveline situation..keep the 2 piece drive line, and shorten the side that connect to the trans.Also, you can cut your carrier bearing bracket, and raise it a couple inches to get a little more clearance for the rear shaft.If you get 1 piece, youll have to have a thick hardcore one made, cause they stick way down...
