The front seats don't adjust for crap...
Looks like the rears might fold to bed, not sure...might be too gross to keep anyway.

one last question for the Ford gurus...where is the hood release.  I can't find it anywhere.  The guy popped it open yesterday, but I can't for the life of me figure out how.

She runs fine on the highway.  The carb needs to be cleaned and rebuilt (might replace with Q-jet for better mileage) and I think there is a leak at the exhaust manifold, but the engine just guts right along.

holy cow,  they used  chevy truck  A arms  and  coil springs  for a  rear walking beam setup

man AJ  you gotta  get a  over the top gear from USA 6x6  and put on the   forward  rear axle  so it has  drive power to both rear axles    OH  and  you need  to pull the bed  and  rustoleum that frame

i'll go look at my  rv's front  drag/tierod  andsee if its shaped like that

if  its not  under the dash next to all those switches  its  on the outside  ,  pretty sure my rig  has  the hood release outside  in the middle of the grill

I have a lever in the middle of the grill and I pulled and pulled and yanked and cranked and couldn't get it to pop...that is why I was wondering if it had a separate release inside too.  I will have to go out and try again this afternoon when it kools off.  I am gonna see about going to the carpet place too, they are having remnants sale...maybe a nice berber for the floors?

Nice thing about all the rust i have found is that it is all surface.

What I want to do first is figure out how to get the third axle brakes functioning...they are all plumbed, but they aren't hooked to the MC...

all you need  is a  simple T fitting  and  plum them into  the  front drive axle  line

That's scarry, I'm thinking like Glen now. That was the 1st upgrade I thought of. I was thinking of doing that to my old motorhome until I sold it. But of course my wheeler always came 1st. so it was a back-burner issue while I had it.

Did he open it from the outside only? Depending on the yr. it could be inside, and I think the one you found is the saftey latch. I'm straining the brain to remember where it was if it is on the outside.

the latch  is  just to your right, aka  towards the  drivers  side  of the  O

pull  once  for it to pop,  then pull again to lift it
