would you make 4WD IFS Arms, to allow a Air shock and be able to keep the stock BJ's and make them 3in wider to able to run T100 CVs.

how much you think that'd run for all 4 arms.
boxed arms.

I have a few friends wondering.

I likely can do it, but I need some more info. By 3" wider, are you saying to make the track width wider? Meaning longer than stock control arms? If you have some stock arms I can work off of I can make it work. Doing formed sheet arms is a lot of work, so you are probably looking at a minimum of $1K for a full set, just guessing without knowing what the stock arms look like.

Tube would do too with some plate for where the BJs bolt on at. yes I meant 3in wider by widening the track. We could send in a full set of control arms to you, as I am not sure if both sides are symmetrical. Just needs be able to run a 2.0 Air Shock on either front side of back side of the arm. (in front of or back of the CV axle shaft.)

Yeah if you can send me a full set of arms I can do it. I will need to know how far to offset mounts for the shock, or pictures with dimensions.

Twisted Minis

Its a Jaguar axle. The stock axle is sitting next to the car in the last picture.

It wouldn't need wheel adapters and custom mounts if it was stock.  ;)

I really like the suspension for the seat pan.  Did that shock come off a mountain bike?

The exhausT looks cool too, but I'm curious, does the wrap around part actually serve a purpose (like more backpressure) or is it just for looks?

Yeah its a cheap mountain bike spring.

The loop in the header is an old go kart racing trick. The loop is there for back pressure as well as length. It provides more top end power with the length, and helps the motor rev a bit higher. It helps these motors a lot, since they are industrial, and create mostly torque.  There are companies that have been selling racing headers with the same design for years. And I have used the same setup on a few go karts with great results, even increasing top speed without changing anything else. And the bike will be set up with a very low gear ratio so it should have good all around power.

Right on  I thought it might be a trick to squeeze a few more ponies out of those motors.
