:woohoo: I drove it home today (From Sac to Livermore).  I never did get the front shocks in since the shock mounts didn't match up so I have to put in some shock towers before I can drive with shocks.  Hopefully within a week :crossed: It was a rough ride, but we made it :hyper:

Couldn't be that bad, I cut my oem tower(s) off at home and then drove it before welding the new ones on. Was a little bouncy but nothing to write home about.

It was pretty bad.  I couldn't go over 55mph.  With the little tires and them being so far in it was pretty nerve wracking with every bump :smack:  :driving:

I was only kidding...sorry if I offended anyone.

FFC-  Theres a wrecked FJ80 at a local pick-n-pull...I'll call 'em tomorrow and see if the front axle is there still.  If it is, I'll pull the third for you and ship it up your way.

Oh, that isn't a Jeep  :headscratch:

Too bad about the stick thing, would be an instant rockcrawler if it was an auto.

Auto is better than a stick without any crawler gears.

Oh... But I like my stick

My 4Runner was an auto, world of difference over a stock stick, even with IFS it did me better than what I have at the moment, but I do with what I have.

:psss: I don't plan on keepin it stock for long :nonono: I'll do with what I got for now, but hopefully before MCR5 I'll have it quite a bit more than stock :eyebrow:

It is impossible to have the stock d-line drop to the angle that is needed. Her drivetrain is not long enough. has nothing to do with clearance issues other that clearance of the driveline yoke. We looked into running toyota flanges on the t-case side of the d-line, but the center hole of the t-case output flange is too large, and still to high of a angle even for toyta parts as weird as that sounds. my front on my toyota will fall off the front pinion and hit the ground long before it bind on mine, but I have a w56 with dual cases too. a high pinion would solve her issue with minor grinding of the driveline flanges. or a 2wd trans with a divorced toy case would also work. or some mogs with links parrallel with the ground would work too   but not going to happen unless one of you guys want to be her sugar daddy.
