Not sure about the ham and license..
I know i have a kenwood police portable radio, complete with the over-the-shoulder mic.
I found out its illegal to have in ca unless your a peace officer

Is that 4 Wheel Drive and Sport Utility?  I think the photographer/writer for that magazine was riding in Brent's Runner at the AP Jambo last year? He was great to have around. 8) I'll have to go check it out.

Thats how I knew. the tires on the left one are I think the moabs or majaves or something like that they make for RC cars. lol and then I looked at the houses in the background.
