FFC: tapping is how one gets threads inside a hole.
Taping is what one does to a passed out friend.

snowshoebrue

tapping, i am putting hydro assist on my truck right now.  then i have to weld my tabs for my ram drill out my restrictor on my pump and then when i am told to turn left i will be able to.  i am not motivated on the welding because i have welded for 3 full 8 hour day this week at work.

yotadork83

yeah it sucks when you work in a shop all day and when you come home you dont want to work in the shop anymore.

:hammer: Yes, I know... I wasn't sure why he would have been tapping his p/s box... or taping for that matter :disturbed:

i know exactly how you feel.  i work in a welding shop to.  i managed to work on my truck everyday last week but i am way to tired to work on it anymore.  i still have a lot more stuff to do to it before the next trip.

snowshoebrue

the thing is i'm not even a welder .  i am an electrician i am just fortunate to be the only one that has taken classes and knows how to weld.  so i have been welding conduit racks to the side of some catwalk.  really sucks basically i have to put on a harness and hang over the side to weld the strut on the facing edge of the catwalk.  we'll see on friday whether or not my cheap foreman gives me welders pay or not.

snowshoebrue

so i mounted my ram, finished tapping my box, put on my cooler, but i still have to secure it somehow, and made my reservoir larger.  also moved my 1.5 wheel spacers to the rear and put 2" in the front.  also got some of my efi swap stuff

sorry bout crappy pics my cameras shutter has been sticking since the rubicon.  i think it has too much dust in it.

Duffil

looks good. have you had a chance to try it out yet?

BLACKDOG

snowshoebrue

me and the the car got in a disagreement and i lost.  tires went on both sides of the car and i highcentered.  put a fairly good size dent in my rear driveline.  my front shackles hooked on the car so i couldn't back up

snowshoebrue

this is the only other that i have.  they were from grass valley.  he supposidly own a shop up there  it still had a 22re with dual cases, and he said both cases were geared.  the mogs also had gear reduction on them too. the buggy was pretty sweet too.  the other truck needed to be locked in the front it looked like it was having some trouble sometime.

snowshoebrue

heres the dent

Matty

looks like you got nice and hung up on that car  :yikes:

yota12345

that sucks. that is one big hill the buggy was going up..
