are you going to cut that tube over the engine and weld flanges on each side so you can un-bolt it?

damn! 127 seems huge to me.  mine is at 110 with 40's.  our trails here in the black hills are so small and tight that i wouldnt want to be much longer

It is huge, I hate it. I'll get it to 122 some day.

I was going to order some of those cool tube clamps to make it removable but the way I look at it, I've owned the truck 8 years this fall. The engines never been pulled once. I'll make it removable the day that engine needs to come out or needs work. I've never had to touch it so I'm just Gunna burn it in an call it good.

Me too!

Everybody asks that question. It gets REALLY annoying because it's always the same answer. besides, how freakin' often do people really need to pull their motors, then when they do, how hard is it to make 2 cuts...

You could always fab up a bolt in firewall so you could just pull it out through the cab?

getting real close.

the truck is sitting some where around 3" lower in the front, maybe 4  i went from 3 and some change up travel before to 7". the problem i have going on right now is my lower coils need to be 18s instead of 16s. at full droop the dual rate is ready to pop out of the shock. so the problem i have to work around is setting up my limit straps. if i strap it like it is now, ill lose probably 3-4" of droop cause the coils will start to slide down the shock.  ill figure something out.
