the upper is in and the panhard is too pretty much. i got to get a few bolts on my way out to work on it tomorrow and ill be able to cycle the suspension and see whats wrong (hopefully nothing) and start getting the air bumps in and shocks. ill weld it all completely in once stuff is working like it seems it should.

clearnce
full lock right it has an 1/8" of clearance or so on the panhard bracket. im not sure when my axle would ever be at full compression full lock, that would be scary, at speed for that matter. the passenger tire will be drooped out some what or all the way so the clearance shouldn't be a problem clearing the panhard bracket and tie road at all.

the axle end, its not 100%. there will be more room there. the plate is kinda just laying on the tie rod. its hard to get it all held up while trying to take pictures.

there as triangulated as i could have put them before the passenger side and driveline would have started to fight each other.

thanks. ya ive tried different things and 1 thing seems to always change as i do another.

fought the upper link pretty much all today

the axle swings out and the upper ends up hitting the very bottom of the frame. as of now it clears the frame but the link mount is for the most part touching the oil pan bolts/block. im going to try an kick it over a 1/4" and hope it all clears. i even fish plated the frame at the other end...someone suggested 1/2" plate on the frame to kick it out, others said put a bend in a link and run a bushing at one end. theres a bunch of different ways to fix this but i just want to run what i have! im running out of time and want to make it work and dont feel like ordering new heims, bushings, getting new tubing..we'll see. ill get more pictures up later.

well you are making damn good progress, keep it up! I take it you are going to dove the front or just tube the inners and still run full width fenders?

tube from the firewall to the head lights with full width clip and the fenders will hang/self tap into the tube.

Looks good bro!

thanks. maybe ill go wheeling for once...

i stared at it for awhile and a forward swing box was the solution (for a bit). then i decided to punch the steering box out another inch forward. its FOWARD and kinda sucks but its what i have in front of me and to work with so ill just have to cut the radiator more and body. whatever....

built an air bump mount too ladies

Not fare, you cheated, you ditched the OEM frame and went full width. So much easier, "room wise" when you do.

Good job.

WRONG! getting my stuff to fit is damn near impossible. if you ever see it in person come look at it. im stubborn and want to run mid/hysteer. if i ran my tie rod on the OEM knuckle location i would have been done a week ago.

for example:
the panhard bar is an 1/8" from the top diff cover bolt.
the tie rod kisses the panhard frame bracket and the axle end bracket.
the heim on the pitman arm will just miss the tie rod.
the upper link mount is an 1/8" from the block/oil pan.

so i had to change the bumps. on the passenger side it is mounted off the frame 2" to land on the old leaf spring pad. on the driver side it was against the frame rail but i moved it out so it would land further out on the axle when the passenger side was droops out. im having a problem when the axle is at full droop on the passenger side, the driver side lower link hits the bottom of the frame rail cause the panhard throws it that direction.

nothing hits at full compression when the axles flat. the air bump will be all the way charged so i think at slow crawling with the driver tire up the bump will keep it off the frame. i hate this IFS frame and how it kicks in so far.

damn! 127 seems huge to me.  mine is at 110 with 40's.  our trails here in the black hills are so small and tight that i wouldnt want to be much longer
