i went the last year when it was huge! "they" said that girls gone wild was taping there and there were 2 patio boats full of naked chicks at beer can beach, but the best part was that you could reach into the water and grab a free beer almost the whole time! Musta been from gettin too drunk and losing your ice chest, that was the last year before the crack down, it took me like 4 hours to leave after i was done partyin' , good times! pics? lol

nice.  we went to the river today.  had my backpack searched and somehow he didn't think to taste my cokes lol. so i got out of that one.  soco and cokes were good.  some person drowned today though.  they were seaching for his body for a few hours.  finally found it a little down river from us.  metro fire and the news chopper was flying over us all day.

ya last year i went to. this year was way bigger. i remember just grabbing beers out of the water next to me cause so many were just floating by. i also found a bag of weed floating to. ya the girls gone wild thing was fake, great idea though. someone out there has a grip load of good footage.

grant said he would tow me as well. i think im gunna have him mob with me since he's probably hooking me up with some heims to get the drag link in there. if the wheels come that would be great cause i definitely want 42s on the truck. grinding, its so much fun.

well the steering is done and got the drag link finished tonight. i just have to mount up the draglink. me an callen put all the fluid in there and steered it. seems to work really well. tomorrow i just have to bore a hole through the tie rod and tap the pitman arm for a bolt. i cant get the tap/drill bit till tomorrow other wise it would be done tonight. tomorrow i should have the brakes 100% completed and then will be doing the drivelines right after and this thing should be ready to go. ill take pictures tomorrow after i get things done.

got the steering completely done. everything clears by a 1/4" everywhere. its like a link suspension, only not. after the trip i want to add another leaf to the bottom of the pack. the truck is really low and trying to squeeze everything around the oil pan has made things a bit harder. ruff stuff brackets blow balls by the way. im fed up with them and it took 3 weeks and some change to get them from sacramento. i bolted them on. the holes for the calipers are almost a half inch off so the pins hit the rotors when trying to slide them through the calipers. i machined down the rotors a 1/4" today and the floppin' pins still dont fit through. the damn calipers wouldnt even fit in the brackets either and had to be grinded out for them to slide in. i got the front shaft cut and re-done and put back in with the toy/60 flange so thats all complete. i need to get a few more bolts for the t-case so the skid can go back up. the brakes need to be bled and a rear driveline put in tomorrow. what else, shocks thrown on......mount up the tires and wheels. theres a list but its under the hood of my truck where it should be right?..... no pics sorry. maybe ill take some tomorrow but im not to worried about getting them up online. i want to hit the trail.
