alright got the marlin hanger cut up and re-tubed for 31.5" (full width). the sawzall was able to squeeze under the bumper w/o having to be completely cut off so i can fully weld it back to the new hanger and you would have never been able to tell. my welding is getting better. heres some pics. more tomorrow. the front should be under tomorrow evening.

honestly on monday/tuesday next week it can roll on its own. it just wont have any steering. if i can get an orbital cheap enough it will be fully hydro. but im contemplating it still and might do hydro assist. funds are getting low fast.

its actually moving on at a pretty decent pace. ill get pictures up tomorrow. i did say i was going to get front end under tonight but after doing some thinking it will be a lot easier to cut brackets off the front end and get all the new hardware and high steer arms on the axle without it being underneath the truck. so ill clean up the front some more tomorrow. technically it could be under tonight. i have the whole front hanger done and the new shackles made up. the new master cylinder is in the truck and the brakes are at probably 70% complete right now.

right on. im pretty beat. me an colby went out last night and were up till about 5am. my friend brad is in town to apparently but not answering his phone. im also going to the bay area this weekend so this project is going to slow down for a few days. ill try and hit it hard tomorrow again to knock some more stuff out. atleast all the harder/fab type stuff is basically finished now. all i have left is steering, finish brake stuff. tires, wheels, throw the disks on the 14beezee.

there you are buddy, i was waitin to hear from ya..haha. i went to the junk yard and brought some sheers and just cut those two ends off the lines. i unscrewed them and then napa had the brass adapter fitting. i need to get three more for the back to fit the toyota ones to standard whatever they are 1/4"? for the rear disks and i should be good to go. then ill do the front when i roll the 60 under.

actually it was a little more involved than just fittings and adapters.

i had kyle get some fittings off a few trucks at the junk yard.  then i was able to cut the old toyota fittings off the lines and slip the GM stuff on there and flare the ends.  problem is that one of the fittings in the master cylinder is larger than the other because chevy used different line sizes front to rear.  so i went to napa with the MC and the fittings that kyle get from the JY and was able to adapt the smaller GM fitting into the larger hole on the MC.  from there it was pretty straight forward if you have ever done anything like that before.  the adapter plate was a pregnant dog, i ended up having to make 2 set of them because im retarded and for some reason fawked up the first on bad enough that i couldnt get it on the booster studs, but the second one i made is tits.  everything went well.  as far as the proportioning valve goes it will go on the pass side inner fender well area where the stock stuff starts to split off in every direction.  im just going to have kyle get some toyota to GM adapters for this area because is close quarters and i dont have to get in there in fear of fawking something else up. i was also able to removed the LSPV completely from the system and the truck for that matter.  the rear soft line will also get reused and an adapter will go on it as well.  the front lines are a little trickier because they use a banjo style caliper.  more than likely kyle will have some braided lines made locally to take the place of his current ones and just sell those to someone doing a toyota SAS.

thats cool.  i have my master cylinder mounted already and i already have the proportioning valve mounted and hooked to it.  i was wondering if i could just flare the toyota hardline with the gm fitting on it for the front.  and i already have front brakelines with the banjo fittings, but i need a couple addapters so i can hook them up to the toyota hardlines also.
