Dude looking good. Nice comparo shot of the 40 on the left and your worn out 35 on the right. I think you should wheel it that way.
The tire on the passenger side is a worn out 31 . I think the Aussie locker would be hating life getting spun by a 40 on one side and a 31 on the other
haha yea i think that aussie would hate you. Have you flexed it at all with all the 4Ds on yet?
Bias or Radials? dont know if you already put that somewhere. I want either those iroks or maybe 40" MTRs but that would require new rims.... debating in my mind
thoughts of running DIY beadlocks or you just gonna go with it
you can easily get 1.5" out of that firewall with a hammer if you dont want to limit your uptravel. just make sure you unbolt your ecu before you do the passenger side. if you take your time and plan out your hits it can come out pretty clean
good plan!! i always give it another inch or two of movement because your wieght will be dispersed differently when you are on the trails!!! make some adjustable bumpstops and that way you can plug and play while you are on the trails!!! adjustable stuff is always beneficial!!
Good crap man you ran down the road a mile with 40dz on one side and 35s on the other and lockers? LOL Guess it would have been something too see. or better yet if you were lincon locked!! Truck looks good!
from my experience and i cannot figure out why you will get alot more rubbing on the trail than on any ramp or forklift
i think its cause a ramp you can creep up. on the trail its rocks, your suspension can move up and down a lot faster and more violently making it easier to hit .
Looks great (exactly what I need to do up front). I missed it, why exactly were you driving around with 31s on one side?
