The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first.

I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.

I still have a project vfr 800 I should sell, an f4i parts bike and an fri daily rider, and the 07 600rr I bought about the time this thread was last used.  I haven't ridden since then.  I got super tired of nearly getting run over all the time, and I became too much of a pain in the ass to gear up, weasle the bike out of my tiny garage and ride the 1.6 miles to work.

I had the only nice gas tank I own on my parts f4i since I had tried to get it running years ago, only to have the tree guys drop an oak tree on it during the storms this year.  The fork seals were leaking pretty bad on the 600rr I bought so I began tearing it apart (way too overcomplicated to get apart comapred to any bikes I have owned), only to lose motivation while waiting on the pin to use my fork-lift stand to remove the forks.  I have decided to sell it once I have the seals replaced, then maybe start looking for a bike I would be excited to ride.  Kinda thinking of going either with a naked bike or an r3, just to dink around on, then start looking for the newest wrecked 600rr I can find to build a track bike.

I have a 92’ BMW K100 4valve abs I ride from time to time and also tinker with. I’m slowly stripping it down to make it cafe style.
