could they be made into a hybrid with a 3rd gen? im mainly after the bottom part.

if so thats something ill be looking into. just having the speakers in the doors themselves and sitting in a hole in the panels... secured and cleanly... scares me with people kickin em on accident.
I think you could graft em in. Id build a base board for it all to go on and attach all the parts with screws or rivits and fiber glass it all together and wrap it.
