My vehicle meets the laws of the state in which it is registered, and cannot be forced to meet ANY more stringent requirement by another state (unless I MOVE there and have to register it there). 35% window tint is legal in FL. If your state has outlawed it's use, I do NOT have to remove it because I drive into or thru your state. If my state has no mudflap requirements, then, your state's requirements do not apply to my vehicle. It all goes by the state in which you reside and register your vehicles.
