Honestly, I took my driveshaft out and there was no play in the pinion or the transfer case flange. So, no dice there. I'm beginning to think that its just my clutch fork vibrating at a certain rpm, because its got some play in it and it makes noise at idle. So, I don't think its a really big deal. I actually had a problem kinda like this before with a mustang that had a wore out clutch fork.
