Imagine the strictures associated with saving the planet as opposed to just preserving a single species. Eugenics and life limits, lotteries for controlling procreation, elimination of religion and whatever else you could imagine for controlling living. Covid-19 measures were childsplay, a preview of what's to come, a test of the controllability of the human race. A test we failed miserably.
