Topic: L-52 in 1980 pickup gearing question.

I have a 1980 4x4 pickup with a 4 speed and was thinking of putting a 5 speed in, specifically the L-52. My question is,
if I put the 5 speed in, how will that change in terms of daily driving? I have 4:37 gears in the axles.
Would that make the engine rev too high while driving?

I ask this because the 5 speeds came in later trucks with different gear ratios in the axles.

Oh, I forgot about that chart, thank you. It seems the L-52 and L-45 that is in mine are the same until 5th gear.
I know it used to have the L-43 but the previous owner put a 45 in.
