Fleet pride in Tacoma for a rear.
Let me know how they work out. I need to have my rear shortened.
What more information do you need BD?
I just heard back from Fleetpride and they already have my rear cv all done. Just a matter of when zippo has time to bring it back up to me.
I added another "driveshaft" line to the picture to show what happens if the angle at the diff flange is 5 degrees instead of 0 degrees. The result is a difference in height between the diff flange and the t-case flange of 18.8 inches @ 5 degrees vs. 15.4 inches @ 0 degrees. Basically, unless you're flanges are 15.4 inches (vertical) apart you don't have a 0 degree angle at the diff flange.You can't draw the entire picture unless you have measurements for two of the three triangle lengths. Having the angle of the driveshaft, like Jesse suggested, would also work.Make more sense now?bd

Did you rotate the rear differential at all yet? I thought I remembered hearing that it was in the plan, but have not seen anything indicating that you did it over the weekend.
Here is a sketch using the dimensions that you provided via text. I used the angle you provided on the driveshaft and it appears that there's about a 5/8 inch discrepancy between the angles and the height measurements. It looks like the current angle between the diff flange and the driveshaft is 6.7 degrees, but would be a bit more using the height measurements.
Is the t-case output right at 30 inches?
Have you driven it to see what vibrations you actually have in the rear driveline? Have you been able to swap the shims and test?There's a chance that I might be available to wheel on the 29th or 30th. I don't think I told you that my 4 year old noticed the on your truck in the videos that I showed him and he recognized it from the ones that I have on my trash can. I had so many of them at one point that I put one on each side of my trash can.
