What do you know about the fj60 axles, and what tells you that you need to change anything? Are you intending on putting both the front and rear axles from the fj60 under your current rig? What are the specs of your current rig? Give us more details.

The fj60 will be a nice upgrade.

For the front youll need calipers and rotors and you should be good. The rear..... If you are dead set on running that axle you will need to move your gas tank.

You can use the FJ60 rear axle, just need to relocate the tank.  If you don't plan on using the bed much, put the tank there.  Or, if you want to keep it there, go with this housing.

I thought fj60s already had front discs, that what rotors u use on the mini axles when going to vented rotoslrs and ifs calipers. And dotch the LC rear and just run an 86-95 rear axle. Its the same width as an LC front and a centered diff. Boom prob solved.

the fj80 has a very similar rear axle to the fj60. Still offset to the passenger side, but possibly with discs and is much wider.

The 80 is a wagon.  And the 60/62 are wagons.
