Rollovers and carnage
« on: Jun 28, 2011, 07:23:17 AM »
I don't know if there is a fourm for this yet but I thought I would start one anyways.  Lets see your carnage.  Rollovers, dents, dings, a tribute to dumb  :moon: ery.  If there is a good story behind it, tell us so we can make fun of you later.

I had just finished doing a rear disc converstion and  the petal was still a little mushy.  it also pulled to the left when I braked.  So I was driving home and coming down a hill and braked.  It sent me hard into the ditch.  By the time it was over I was facing 180 degrees and on the drivers side.  Sadest part is the motor only has 500 or so miles on it.

well crap there already is a thread, oh well.  I was going 45 when I crested over the hill then tried slowing down. The road is horribly rutted and I think I hit it and it kicked me over.  Every time I go over the same hill it scares the crap out of me.

I was modeling it after the radio flyer.  Ha ha.  I hit the ditch so hard that it ripped the u bolts off the axle and stuffed the other side into the fender.  It also broke off the shock steering linkage and brake lines.  I think that is why I did an endo 180 with a quarter turn.
