Topic: 91 extra cab on 60's with 3 link (Fordyce carnage)

Alright I'm trying to get this going finally, but I can't find axles. I'm looking for a full float dana 60 or 14 bolt rear and a srw dana 60 front. Let me know if you see something.

I'm gonna try and find a 14 bolt first, but if not and you still have it I can come get it. I'm in GV all the time anyways.

Going to pick up a chevy front 60 with 4,10's tommorow   I also decided to go with a 60 rear instead of the 14 bolt, i'm gonna keep it 30 spline rather than bore it out for 35 spline and get some alloy shafts and carry the stock shafts for spairs.
If I'm not heavy on the throttle will I be fine running stock 35 spline inners and 35 spline dana 70 outers for the front?
I will only be running 39.5's for now.

ya u should be fine with the 35 spline outters..i still only have the 30 spline outters and they are alright still..39.5 inch boggers... i would recomend lock out style hub..like the ones that arnt selectable... unless u drive it on the street...my neighbor has broke the 35 spline warn hubs a few times

Ya i'm not to worried about the front, it's the back being 30 spline that i'm worried about.
I want the poly performance drive flanges but I will still be driving it around town occasionally, so i'll have to figure something out. I hear of warn hubs breaking all the time!

Anyone want a set of 35 a/t's so I can get the axle under the truck?

I ripped the interior apart yesterday so I could remove the extra cab windows, i'm gonna have to figure a way to get them on and off easier

roller tires came with it for 1k, I thought it was a good deal

looks pretty good inside but man did that diff oil smell

Ya i'm gonna go disc in the rear while i'm at it, hopefully I can make the disc set up on the front axle work.
I'm pretty excited I found the exact axle I had in mind for 200 less than I was expecting to pay

Stock besides disk brakes.... i may even narrow the axles some and run dutchman motorsports shafts. that and 4.56s or 4.88s

Got the axle cleaned up a little bit, now its time to power wash it and roll it under the truck

Ok so I attempted getting the axle under the truck with bad results I got it under but I couldn't get it on both jack stand with the floor jack so I had to pull it back out

try adding a stage 8 kit to the warn hubs it might make them last longer
