So I am starting to look at getting all the stuff for my lift in the rear. I am looking at doing a long are set up, lengthen the rear by about 7", and run a nice coil and long travel shock set up. Any one have some sugestions on where to start looking at a setup like this? or am i goin to have to just start? I am kinda worried about my links and the geometry. I know the coil overs id the way to go but I cant afford that. I have looked at the rear of my frame and it is flat from the lift for the tire back so i think doing the shock and coil bucket will be easy. I DO NOT WANT LEAFS. I want to have my rear tire AT my rear bumper after the bob.

Tight, sucks that I missed the clean up. I was planning on going to that.

What's the spec on the Runner?  Locked? 33's?  I tired to skim prev posts but didn't really find anything.  It's a pretty killer obstacle.  I have seen some solid axle rigs locked F/R not make it up.  It was a little wet, but still an accomplishment.  I need more body protection before I would point my taco up that.

So while I was up doing the run this past weekend I went up waynes world 1.5 times. on the second attempt I broke a CV. in the pics you can start to get an idea of how bad it is.

good fun and it lasted longer than i thought it would. AND YES I KNOW I HAD A BLOW OUT. good thing I was wearing thermals.  :yesnod:

I think that great driver just means that the skinny pedal was on the floor not caring if anything broke!!! :yikes:

So I have been wheeling this thing like crazy. It climbs like a mountain goat and never stops no matter how hard I push it. I have ran some trails I have been told it wont do. It just smiles  and keeps going. Well I have come to the conclsion that toyota did not mean for this thing tbe wheeled like it is. My drive line has grabed my gas tank skid plate and ripped it appart and in turn crinkled my driveline. wel I have decided that it is time to do a tank swap. I will be doing some research. if any of you have a link or sugstions let me know and I will get some pics and updates.
