good to hear from ya man. take it easy you will back on the trail soon enough just take it easy. i went under the knife about 4 years ago and the doc told me to take it easy and i didnt and i got to see the doc again 10 days after and could not walk for 6 mo

its way better than when i had my ruptured colon in 1997,   i was unconsious for 8 days then another week in hospital  then had nurses coming to the house 3 times a day for a month

they cut me then from my breast bone to Mr. Happy

yea KYOTA   when i had my colon surgery i had 2 on the left and 1 on the right,   they had the one on the right stitched to a artery,  when they pulled it blood started shooting across the room.   i could literally feel the life draining out of me,   not to mention HURT LIKE HOLY HELL

After my back surgeries, the medication I was on had me so plugged up, my guts were swollen :rivers:  A little bit of milk of magnesia and suposatory had me painting the :pokinit: room walls  :cheer: . Don't get in a hurry during your recovery, taker slow.
When the doctor yanked mine she said "ok on three, one, two " Yank!! what the hell happened to three?!!! gush gush
I remember a blond nurse coming in and grabbing my unit " I'm thinking this can't be bad" she says you're gonna feel a burn when I pull out the cathiter(sp) Burn it did, it felt like I was pissen fire for a week.
