its been 2 years for me know, ciggs are Nasty and smell  bad, after 2 months its easy :yupyup: :beerchug:

Right the funk on  :biggthumpup: By the way, im still coughing up black chunks after 2+ years, but im pretty sure thats just because of the smog in the city.. either way, its painful...

Well MINI was here this weekend and he did his best to keep the smoking to a distance... far enough away that I couldnt smell it "I'm helping you " he kept saying but it took ferever to get back to work but it was well worth it thanks Kyle it helped not smelling it,


so far so good gang and I want to thank all of you fer yer kind words and encouragement  :biggthumpup:

haha. By the way ive been runnin 6-8 miles a day in addition to my 10 miles of walkin with a 45lb pack on, the black chunkage comes in the last 2-3 miles then for an hour or so afterwards.. Preparin for the hotshots this year, whoopin the lungs in shape hardcore status

Good for you man!  I quit cold turkey after ten years of smoking almost 2 packs a day.  After about 6 months I still want one from time to time,  but as my man says "You are way past the 'jackass' point now.  If you start again, you're just a jackass."

well still doing good but after a bad day of work and a worse day of nothing going right on the Runner the other day it was close If I had some I might have had one
