Well mine started early. In August I was 273lbs. Today I am 232, my Dr. set a goal of 241lbs. My goal is 220lbs. So my resolution is to reach 220lbs. but I don't have a time line for this just want to reach it.

I quit drinking, waste of money.
Lose 20+ pounds, hit the gym again since I have a bad ass gym on campus that is free for me to use.
Take some MMA classes, always wanted to.
Finally buy the .40 I've wanted for a long time, get more ammo.
Get all As, study harder.
Actually make it to Fordyce this year in my Runner.
Get along better with the folks.

get down to 180-190 By may 1st, Im 220 now
get along better with the wife.
Excercize, work wears me out but I still need some exercise.
not spend so much time on the computer.

work out a lot more this year other than at work. 245 now want to be 215-220
Pay off all my un needed debt.
wheel just as much as i did in 2010 if not more.

begin building up a k5 blazer for rock crawling
find an apartment because i get to move in march woohoo!!
maybe find a girl that can put up with me and my hectic schedule
decide if i'm going to re-enlist or get out of the military

so i think i finally have something i can contribute here.... this isn't necessarly a "new years resolution" just something i've been thinking about lately and am finally putting into motion.

cutting out soda, not completely but i'll allow myself 1 or 2 a week.. only drinking water and juices.

i'm also going to be going back to the gym. this is something i've wanted to do for along time, absolutely love the gym but really didn't have time.... this year i'm making time. having 3 days off a week certainly helps!

soda's certainly gonna be the hardest for me but once you break through that "craving" wall then your in the clear.

gym will just be a normal routine after consistantly going for about 2-3 months.
