Agreed, almost all the vacuum lines can go, along with the switches they're connected to. The only ones to keep are the ones mentioned above. Just got to remember to plug any open vacuum ports on the manifold so you don't have a vacuum leak.
Also, all the egr crap can go as well, but that's only slightly more difficult to block off. I got LCE headers that were NOT Cali legal and the block off plates I needed came with them. A friend of mine removed his egr crap and for the egr tubes that come out of the exhaust manifold, he just cut off even about 1.5 inches from the manifold and folded them over and crimped them really well and filled the remaining portion of the tube with high temp jbweld so as to make sure they don't leak. Funny thing is, his Weber suddenly started behaving much better than it ever had after he did all that.
