You'll need all the clutch stuff for the 3.4 engine, and an R150 bellhousing to connect the R151 trans to the 3.4 engine. Depending on which side of the engine you want the crossover exhaust pipe to dump (factory is passenger drop), you will need a bellhousing from either a 3.4 5-speed (clutch slave cylinder on the driver side) or a 3.0 5-speed (clutch slave cylinder on the passenger side). I don't believe anybody has been able to have their exhaust and clutch slave on the same side. The bellhousings both have the same bolt patterns, but I believe the 3.0 bellhousing is about an inch shorter, so the pivot point for the clutch fork will have to be modified if you go that route.
