well ive got a lot of parts not yet on the rig i was gonna build an 86 runner but ive changed my mind so im gonna sell that and put it all on my 95 runner instead cause im buyin a DD of thegoofster21 up north.  where BAA? i work 12s so if i dont get stuck on OT ill definately stop in

im going to pull my starter tomorrow and try to fix that issue b/c it wouldnt start again last night..

whats your issue with the starter? i used to have problems from the ones from kragen and auto zone cause there all rebuilds so took it apart and found it was arking inside so i ground down the pits and its worked fine for the past couple years.

hey guys, i won't be there to open up tomorrow, but niccole will be there.  and thanks again mike for locking up.  got some side work in pismo i'm doing this week.  will be back friday.  there is a pile of parts on the ground on the right side of the shop when you go in the bay door.  please make sure it all stays there.  all parts are off larry's parts truck.  he will be coming to get them.  oh yea, we are getting a 12 ton shop press tomorrow, thanks to the church.  they cut us a check for it already.  mike is going to pick it up tomorrow(if he can break away from work).

ive been here almost 2 months now

there are some videos i linked in a post earlier that i took trying to get it started... basically it only clicks when i turn the key (takes minimum of 5 mins of turning the key quick to get it to turn over) and once it turns over, it seems to take another 5 min of continous turning over before it starts.
gotta try to get it off today, yesterday was a bust b/c i had to run errands all day with my dad before work.

im also trying to get a second 4runner that only needs the motor put back together for $550 but my problem is that i dont have a trailor or anything to haul it home on....would any of you guys be willing to let me borrow a trailor (or go with me) so i can get it home? its in Vista, CA.

no, i have no experiance welding or any fabing... Jon's looks really good, check out his build thread for his work.

yeah well im pickin up my new DD on thursday but ive got an 86 runner with pretty much everything i need (most parts came off an old truck of mine) to do the axel swaps and dual cases... but id rather put that stuff into my 95 runner. so instead of sellin the 86 and cases i was gonna see if someones got the time and space to lend there expertise on puttin the axels on the 95 for the trade

well i hope shop night was fun...i should be able to make it to this next one b/c i have the day off and the runner seems to be starting w/o problems now that i have swapped my spare starter in....(stupid denso starter)

I just got my "new" SR5 seats in the 4runner and they are awesome and super comfortable.

no, they drove it around and ran it out of gas, and left the keys in the ignition which were hidden in the tool box.
