its tuesday night again. shop night!

the new welder is on the cart. it currently has a spool of flux-core wire in it. the bottle is hooked up, so please do not open the bottle, there is no need for it with the flux-core.

And speaking of Jon, Niccole was on her facebook last night and Jon had sent her a message saying he is going to KOH and volunteering. So we might see him out there.

just as an fyi, a few friends and i are planning on taking a trip to Hollister Hills March 27th-29th to wheel and it just so happens to work out that its right after my 21st b-day...so feel free to come.

4WHEELPARTS has asked if we could get a group of trucks to put on display for them this saturday for their March Madness sale. If anyone can help out by taking a truck down, please let me know asap so i can get them a head count. thanks in advance.

I think they open at 8 or 9. i'm dropping off my toyota and my buggy friday night when i get into town. they said they will keep the shop open so we could drop off rigs if we can't be there in time saturday morning. i'll head back over there after I get out of church in morning to go hang out and check it all out. should be a good time. they are having a contest to see who can roll the big 54in. bogger down the drive way the fastest. last year they gave us a winch for the club, and they did the same thing the year before. come out if you have time.

we got hayes, wilms, and sherry from high road to take their trucks/jeeps. and i got my old boss at cal mini/full traction to take down three jeeps. so total of 6 from what i was able to get together. they had a huge turnout. trucks were being parked in the dirt lot across the street they had so many. it was good though. the manager called and said thanks at the end of the day. i'm pretty sure they'll be more than happy to help out with the round up this year. its one of those "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine" sort of deal with them. Thanks to those that did show up.

hey guys, if anyone has parts they want to sell, trade, or give away, there is an event coming up at Chuy's(IN SIMI VALLEY). I posted a link below. You have to create an account and post up pick of your rig and a list of some parts you will have to get a spot to yourself. It would be great to get all of High Road out there, just so we can meet some people and maybe get a few more members.

Saturday, April 9, 2011 is the next 4X4 night at Chuy's Simi West.

We are holding a Swap Meet from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
There is no charge to participate and the event is limited to private
parties only.

If you are an off road vendor, you'll have to wait for the next big vendor
event.

Bring out anything you want to sell, trade or give away to a fellow wheeler.
Anything not sold or given away MUST be taken home with you. We cannot dump
anything at the site.

Tires, Wheels, Suspension, Armor, Electronics, Lighting, etc.

Please go to the site and post on the "SWAP MEET" thread if you wish bring
anything and provide a basic summary of what you're bringing. Each
participant will be allowed 1 parking space which will be in front of your
rig.

On a side note:

If your profile does not have an image and something about you/your rig; you
will be moved to limited access. Those on limited status who have not logged
in for more than 90 days may be deleted. The only exception to this is
Military Service.
