Great way to meet local wheelers.  We have been planning group runs where we combine Bakersfield 4x4HIM and Hillcrest Krawlers.  They are a great group.  It's always nice to have great company.  They have a upcoming runs section where all the future trips get posted.  Just a heads up. 

Get to the shop tonght and get your rigs ready!  we are in the prime of wheeling season right now with lots of trips coming up. 8)

  Thanks for the pics, your the man    also thanks for your help spotting while you were taking the photos.
And a big thanks for helping me get to Dennys when I started missing lights and you pulled over and waited. Edwin thanks, hard to believe the jeep is less than a year old and picked up bone stock off the showroom floor!  But I can still start a conversation with " remember that time I broke my top on the Rubicon?" Got away with insurance covering it btw even got away with no deductable. . Thank the Lord.
Anyways real pleasure meeting everyone, real quality group to wheel with.  Hope to see you all in Gorman the 15 of Oct for big bbq play day.

Warranty no, insurance yes.... got lucky, they said if they didn't have to paint the whole jeep (because of the scratches in the doors) they would waive the deductible, I was pretty happy about it, I never expected them to paint the whole thing just fix the top but hey it all worked out well.

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up.  We have been invited to a TLCA(Toyota Landcruiser Association) meeting and get together at Chick Fillet on Stockdale Hwy, Saturday Oct.8, from 9am to 1pm.  It's open to all toyota's(truck, 4runner, landcruiser, etc.)  I'm not sure yet if i'll be able to make it being I'm oncall saturday night, but I'm going to try.  If you can make it let me know.
