Not really, I have never posted anything over there. Just search and read sort of thing.

Why did you cut the holes?

To let a little extra heat out, it gets a little warm under under there. Will most likely be working a few more into the hood at some point.

Tommydox

I noticed mine gets a little warm too but I haven't noticed any issues with heat. I have the same year 4 runner as you so i was wondering. Thanks for the reply. Maybe if you wanna do something extra put a fan in that hole and you won't need anymore holes.

It might get the fans and a few extra vents, an electric fan just dosnt keep the engine bay as well ventilated. As an engine driven fan does.

chim

Do you have something more than a 22re in there? I never had heating issues...  weird..

I am still trying to get pictures from friends, the one above is from a friends photo bucket. I am working on the photos.

Rig specs, RUF, Fords in the rear, 36 tsl sx in need of some grooving, custom bumpers sliders all around which still need some more tube added. Internal cage. Dual cases, twin sticked, longs, spooled rear, elocker front, 5.29s in the diffs. and rocking a toyota 3 liter  I think thats about all I can think of right now.

Rig has been together and on the road for about a month, 3 trail runs total, still a big project with lots left to finish up.
