Topic: Hendrick Motorsports Plane Crashed

Saw on the news that a plane registered to Hendrick Racing crashed this afternoon....10 members of Rick Hendricks immedeat family were killed. His son, twin nieces and brother were among the killed. This is very,very sad.

No, it is Rick Hendrick's team. AKA Jeff Gordon Jeff Burton and a few others I can't remember what all teams he owns. They are out of Mooresville/Concord/Charlotte, NC area.

nope. The family and others were on the way to the race. The came into some inclimate weather. On the 2nd or 3rd attempt to land they hit the side of a mountain.

Im pretty young and I dont know so much, but I've heard of that young really good black singer who was like 20 and was supposed to be in the movie the Matrix, she died, what John Denver or someone like that also died, man.... Im sure there are many other people who are involved with mainstream who have passed away in plane crashed...

 

I might be wrong, and also everyone looses important and loved people in crashes and its very tragic, but then someone whos in the media dies and its on the news and its like..................... Ive never lost anyone close so I cant relate to those who have, but when people who ive grown up with, like Rodney Dangerfield, pass away (I know he didnt die is a plane crash) but its pretty sad to me because ive got good memories of for instance his movies....

dont forget lynard skynard. and yes it is very sad. rick himself would have been in that plane but did not feel good so didnt go, weird how things work like that
