If you guys have seen this set up it apparently is causing all kinds of problems since its a Chevy dually (my brother drives it).  Well good news they just bought a Kenworth and are building a trailer so they will not have this problem anymore.  Now their is some really good news  Those of you who gets to go to the Sema show look for the new Toyota Dually to be displayed!

Tundra Dually concept expected at SEMA

Forget those rumors about a heavy-duty Toyota Tundra being dead and buried. According to Popular Mechanics, a HD Tundra concept, complete with dual rear wheels and a diesel, is expected to debut at the upcoming SEMA show this November. The engine could be a small (5.0L 4-cylinder) Hino truck diesel, as larger Hino diesels are too large to fit under the Tundra hood. Or—and if I were betting—I'd say it will be a more powerful version of the 4.5 V8 diesel that the Aussie Land Cruiser 78 is now using. That engine, spec-wise, will be very close to what other truck makers will be offering in 1/2-ton diesels in a few years.

As with all concepts, the purpose is to gauge public interest. If it's there, expect to see something along those lines on dealer lots in a few years.

Also Toyota is rumored to show an FJ Cruiser convertible concept (and rumored to see production), as well as introduce the 2009 Corolla and Corolla Sport Hatch.

Toyota is the official vehicle manufacturer of SEMA 2007, so that means they will want to make a big impression. If what's posted above comes true, I'd say they will have succeeded.

They need to get off their ass and come out with the Cat powered 1 ton. The dually is only the tip of the iceberg. I hear, that despite all the connections to Cat it's going to be a Hino diesel...when they get around to it.
I think I'd still rather have a new F450!

Don't think so.  Mooneyes builds all kinds of cool stuff and they could easily dummy the lug nuts (not that I can see them clearly anyway) or redrill hubs and axles to whatever pattern they need.

Tundra Heavy-Duty Dually Concept
The new Tundra pickup has capability that almost puts it in the 3/4-ton pickup truck class—it can tow 10,000 pounds, after all. But Toyota wants consumers to know that it could do more. So the special vehicle's operations group is building a serious tow monster for the show. This as-yet-unnamed concept will essentially be a burly Tundra diesel dual rear-wheel pickup. The goal? Test the waters to see how consumers take to a dedicated heavy-duty version of the Tundra. The diesel engine will come from Toyota's heavy-duty truck division, Hino. Most of Hino's current powerplants are simply too large for the Tundra, so Toyota may choose to debut a new, smaller V8 diesel at around 4.5 liters. Or they will simply install Hino's smallest engine—a "little" 5.0-liter, inline 4-cylinder that makes 175 hp and 376 lb.-ft. of torque. In either case, the Tundra dually concept will probably be one of the coolest vehicles at SEMA this year.

FYI~ Did you know that the Ford could be ordered with the cat motor instead of the powerstroke?

I have not spoken to my brother about this since then.  My other brother was in town from CA.  I will see if he can get any pics, but I would seriously doubt it.  Toyota probably keeping everything under pretty tight wraps.

but only in a 650 and larger.  CAT doesn't make a motor small enough with enough power to fit in a 550 or smaller to my knowledge. the smallest motor they put in a 650 is a C-7 7.2 L (441 cu in) starting at     190 to 300 hp @ 2500/2400 rpm and 520-860 lb-ft @ 1440 rpm.

My buddy has a f350 crewcab with a small cat in it!  I don't know what the size of it is, since I'm not into cat motors!  It came all badged up new from Ford with cat decals and the motor is a cat motor!  I need to try to get ahold of him, or I got a friend (ex-friend) that works parts at ford I could call!  It's one of those things that they don't want you to know, or they'd never sell a ford with a powerstroke!
