I would'nt try to weld a cat, i dunno what gas i would use for shielding, and i don't think the weld would hold very long anyway...

But the electricity would cook it pretty nice, and if you started with a live cat the pain would release acid into it's muscles which might make the cooked meat more tender.

Cat isn't one of my favorites cause usually it cooks up kinda tough and stringy.
