I got the OX locker and gears in the front axle today. the rear end is all torn apart and ready for the ARB to be set up tomorrow. Im stoked. cant wait to wheel this thing!

We got the rear ARB all set up yesterday. I still have the wire and plumb the ARB. The truck was all finished but we decided to double check the front OX. Well somewhere in the cable system we dont have it adjusted right. It isnt fully engaging right. We can pull the diff cover manually lock the carrier and put it back on and it stays locked. but after unlocking it will not lock on its own. I think I figured out the problem. hopfully it will be finshed today!

man this rig is awesome and super clean and flexy.
sould have a wrightup in a mag.
Im sure Ill see you wheelin this winter

88Rokyoat

thanks man..

finished the OX locker up today. it was about 1/8th " out of adjustment on the diff side of the cable. when I got it used, there was a spot where the cable went into the diff cover, the threads were jacked up and kept it from being adjusted properly. took it all apart and hooked it up right. and it works flawlessly!

ill have to check those lights out in person some night. $120 doesnt seem bad. where did you mount your control module? seems like it would have to be in a tricky spot for all the wires to reach it.

I finished a few little things today. I mounted the OX locker lever in the cab, and finished mounting the control box for the rock lights. Also plated the underside of the winch mount and added a weld on skull I had.  :gap:

all the wires are PLENTY long. they plug into a "collector box" (for lack of a better term.) I mounted that to the firewall right next the brake booster. that box plugs into the controller box that I mounted iside. Its a nice kit.

Tuesday I will be picking up an inchworm adapter to bolt up a gear driven t-case to my tranny. Still need to find a t-case. If anybody has one let me know. I would like one with a 23 spline but I can upgrade that stuff after getting the case. still need another adapter but i think i know where I can get that one soon I hope... Dual cases here i come! :gap:

Snowtoy

Looks good.

Are you trying to get the dual cases done before Fordyyce(if you aren't off fighting any late season fires), or for winter wheeling?

Pat said you were going to order an ARB pressure switch, if you haven't ordered one yet, you might try Davez offroad in Placerville, or West Coast Differential, on your way back to Chico.

won't be done before fordyce. Im not in a huge hurry, I want to get it done asap but we'll see. I am going to fab a triple stick shifter when I do the cases so that will take some time too. But really other than chromos its the last big bill I need to fork out to make this thing pimped out and done...

You going to make fordyce? I know Todd and Pat are down...

Snowtoy

As it stands now I will be going, I haven't had a chance to go wheeling since our March trip.

Hopefully we will get enough rain over the next two weeks so the campfire ban will be lifted, if it isn't lifted after this weekends snow.

I finished a few things up the last week. I extended the front bumpstops about 3/4" and finished routing the OX cable.
Also plumbed the ARB today. ended up mounting the switch where the original E-locker button was. It should be all ready for a test run at the high lakes this weekend.
