it is like 42000 to go to UTI for the diesel and automotive program for a 18 month course. and you can go back threw it as many times you want threw out life and dicount on snap on tools, other then that the only difference is that uti has dealership spicification tranning and wyotech gives you the over view of dealer ship training. that is what wyotech and uti recuiters told me.

i went to uti back in 98-99 same course but it was only 17 months and it was 16,000 back then 42,000 is outrageous.
89 ext cab sas with diamond +4 1/2" housing 30 spline longs and hub gears, hp elocker, six studs, arp studs in everything, taco rear with elocker. swaped out 22re for 3.4l supercharged, urd 2.0" pulley, urd fuel management, downey headers, flowmaster, cold air intake, marlin clutch that is straining to hold up

well i just got my T-100 booster installed and holy crap did that make a difference! Brakes feel way better now.  They are more responsive and have a stronger feel. Pretty good upgrade for 45 bucks. In the pics you can see how much bigger the T-100 booster is than my factory 84 booster.  Clearances by the steering shaft and clutch master cylinder are tight but nothing rubs! I would reccomend this cheap upgrade to everyone. The second pic is of my old one and the last two are of the new booster.

i got the top all welded on and then did a leak test. I taped all the holes shut except one, and then i hooked up the auxilary argon line to that one. i pressurized the tank with some argon and sprayed a soap water combo all over the tank to check for bubbles. No leaks first try!  i was pretty happy with that. :beerchug:

well guys i am making some changes/improvements to the back of the Pumkin. I pulled out my stock fuel tank yesterday and continued dissasembling the rear end. i pretty much removed everything. Then i busted out the grinder with cut off wheel attached and went to town! Here are the results of before and after.......

Then i drained most of the fuel from my old tank into the new one. (i had at least ten gallons in there and couldnt let it go to waist!) I set the new tank on some cinder blocks and hooked up the lines. I fired up my truck and it ran great for at least ten minutes! :yesnod: i am pretty happy that everything is working great with the tank i built.

Nice clean canvas. Whats the plan?
well i really want to 4 link it and that will happen eventually, but for now i am going to build a new back half frame section at work out of some 2x3 square tube.  The frame is getting rusted and has a pretty big crack on the driver side.  for right now i am going to stick with the leafs i have on it now. i will probly dovetail the frame and move my leaf springs in about three inches on each side. my dads truck is setup like that and flexes great!  then with the frame rebuilt i have to figure out where to mount my new tank and spare tire.
