We need to find out if only 1 plug looks like this, or all of them. You either have a badly leaking injector, a dead cylinder (no compression), or you have an overall ignition problem. I'm guessing it's an overall problem and they all look like this...
you can drill a small hole in the exhaust just ahead of the cat and hook a pressure/vacuum gauge into it
that makes about as much sinse as wipe'n befor ya poo!
