The vapor hose or..? Im not sure what your asking... The only line you need to the mixer comes from the convertor. All it needs to do is go from where ever you mount the convertor(passenger side inner fender, where mine is) to the mixer mounted in front of the intake plenum. But needs to be as short as possible to minimize fuel lag. Mine is like 2 1/2' long or something.. The mixer will basically be the "carb" in which air/fuel mix and enter the intake together and engine vacuum sucks it in..

hope that answers your question. Oh yeah on the top of page 10 is a shot of my engine bay but its with the vapor hose I didnt use..

Cool ya, i was talking about how you mated the mixer to the intake but i figured it out. How the hell did you make it work right off the end of the intake? i mocked mine up and its right on the rad....did you move the rad down a few inches or wha?

Do you think it would bad to have the mixer mounted on the drivers side and run the intake tube across to the throttle body? Also like the stock EFI air intake?

I just did my research and saw a few formula toys of pirate  running 22res on pane with good luck and they just mounted it right in front of the plenum. I had to make my own adapter that bolted to the bottom of the mixer so I could use a silicone coupler to join it to the throttle body.

And Yeah, I had a shop move the top outlet  of my radiator over about 2 inches where there was another spot to stick one, I have a Corona Wagon Radiator so its about 2 inches wider than stock, but for a 22re.

I think it would be okay if you ran a charge pipe like they have stock. You just need to mount the vaporizer as close to the mixer as possible. If you wanted to mount it on the driverside, you could just run your fuel line along the driver side frame rail and right up to the vaporizer, that way it isnt on the other side of the engine bay.

GrenadedToy

thanks a lot guys.

Havent had em in the snow yet, heard some mixed reviews so we'll see this winter.
As for updates, nothing really, just a couple dings on the bed, cracked a tail light and my tail gate shuts weird now haha. But really, I need to do a cage really bad. It would make me feel a lot better doing steeper climbs and what not. And 4.7s for sure, stock duals arent cuttin it in the rocks no mo. Hydro assist would be nice. And seriously thinking about converting back to gas, but doing a motor swap in the process. Either a 7m or 4.3. Cant decide. Can do both for pretty cheap as far as finding a complete donor rig. Propane isn't really convienient for what I intend to use my truck for(DD/To and from the trail), filling it is a pain, I know I could get better milage with a more powerful motor swap. but other than that I love it, super simple, runs amazing for the little bit of tweaking Ive done. But Id be happier with more power, better milage, and sayin I got a supra inline 6 under the hood. :gap:

So yes, Im probably gonna take it apart again soon    ::)

Jason your truck is badass. Cheers for drivin to and fro
Might need to give you some moneys soon so we can play with your bender  :eyebrow:
