88 yotas the same?

4x4yota

are the springs on a 1988 Toyota 4runner 4x4 the same as the rear springs on a 1988 Toyota pick up 4x4?
I look to swap pick up leaves into my friends 4runner

I believe the pick up truck spring is longer by 3" & the center pin bolt is back by about 2" IRC.

yep they are the same, they are longer on the 89 pickup, but the same on the 79-88 truck and 4runners.

Flat length = 45"
Front Half = 22.5"
Rear Half = 22.5"

Flat length = 48"
Front Half = 21.125"

Flat length = 48"
Front Half = 20.5"
Rear Half = 27.5"

No they are the same, there is no difference from a 4Runner to a Pickup or extended cab, even the fronts are the same.
