This sucks.....this was a "special" year for our taxes because we sold our stupid rental property!  We ended up having to pay in $5,000.  So I'm really glad we're supposed to be getting $1,200, but since we had to pay IN, we didn't have to list any direct deposit info on the returns.  So now we're waitin for a paper check.  Pooo!
RIP Kyle, we love and miss you man.  :smooch:

Mailbox? The mailed checks are not going out till next week. The direct deposit was first.
May 16th was they last of the direct deposit, and then, depending on the last two numbers of your SS the mailed checks are going out.

Wrong!  They sent me a letter saying it'd show up around the 9th, and it actually showed up today.  The direct deposits were to begin mailing out first, with the snail mail to soon follow.

Thats ok, thats how my life has been going lately.   Though on a better note, Turbo Tax sent me an e-mail explaining about the whole fee's coming out and not getting direct deposit thing to me today. Looks like I have to wait another month.

I wanted a nice .50 cal air rifle(Quackenbush Airguns).  No, not a toy...  Capable of killing deer and such perfectly fine, just no ammo and no permits required.

It got spent today on fixing my 4Runner.  What else is new?  Heh.

New exhaust, muffler, cat, etc, and header installed, plus new rear brakes, so not too bad for $850 plus tax.  Least it was free money.  :rivers:

Now I'm good to wheel as soon as I get my CVs fixed *again*.(tempted to just wheel till they break and then SAS it - probably will do exactly this, in fact.)

.50 cal airgun? :dunno:

http://www.quackenbushairguns.com/
http://www.quackenbushairguns.com/LA_Outlaw.htm

500 ft-lb+.  Compressed air, 2 shots per fill.  Silly accurate as well.  Uses .45/70 bullets.  Okay, technically it's NOT .50 cal, but explaining .45/70 air rifle is even harder to get people to wrap their brains around...

**quote**
he LA Outlaw, with a 25" barrel, at 3000psi, launches a 430 grain bullet at 732fps, which is 509fpe.

Think of it as a modern high-tech equivalent of a black powder rifle.

Why big slow things beat out smaller, faster things. ;)
(the above air rifle is roughly equal to a 6X55 Mauser in actual usability)
