MUCH better! Make sure to get some ground-to-frame height measurements. My truck sits at 24.5" ground-to-frame and I want it lower.

Yeah im wayyyyyy stoked on how it sits right now. I need to put the shocks back on the rear and when I do and also take all that crap out of the back i think its gogni to come up a little bit and if it does im going to chop down those ridiculous shackles.I dont like my shackle angle in the front but itll do I guess. ITs about 80*

I doubt my truck is lower than 26.5 inches.

Ill go measure in a little bit. Im going to make my mom breakfast before she gets home so I have to do it after.

RIP Kyota.... you are the man

GET IT!!!

you kidding me?!! any lower and i think you wouldnt like it. im at 25" to the frame and 24" to that bucket that gaurds my cases and i hit them not a lot, but probably 3-4 times. any lower and i think id be dragging to much ass everywhere.

Its already low enough actually.

For the rear Ill just fix that gay shackle. The front i already took two leafs out and cant go much lower. The only way I can lower the front now is if i make a new shackle...

lilbuddy

Wheelbase = 108"
Ground to frame = 25 1/4"
Ground to top of third light on cab = 79"

I dont think i can really go much lower on my truck. Its cool though. Its already lower then my last truck was.

Its also 17.5" shorter on the wheelbase

that truck is looking dope chris. :beerchug:

Thanks.. im pretty stoked on this truck. alot of the little features of this new of a truck are pretty sweet

Like when you open your door with the key off, if you have the headlights on they turn off, or the dimming dome light is pretty sweet. also if you have your door open too long (like longer then 15 minutes or something) the dome light turns off automatically.

25 1/4 is good.

Yeah its pretty low. It even feels lower then driving my other taco around. Its tight now. Like 5 times less gay then when you saw it

i say put the flares back on, that way it shows those nor cal cops"im trying"
and gets rid of all the holes

nice rig though man, i remember when you where rockin a stock first gen :D

KDXSR5

yeah, those holes definitely look retarded. Like a failed attempt to make the truck look cool. I think the flares looked a lot better than those holes.  Either fill them and paint, or put the flairs back on. :twocents:

I knew you liked them, so I really slammed them. :gap:

I do not think they look good at all. I do not see what the point is in having little holes in your truck.

No. Id rather have them. Partially because I dont care. Not only that only having 3 of those gay flares is stupid. The passenger front fender is off a 97-00 truck because it doesnt have the stupid ass flares that the 01-04 trucks had

Its not that I like it. Its that I dont care enough to go get paint matched to the color of my truck and then repaint those parts. Id have no problem doing it if I actually had the same color paint but i dont.
